All signers must be present and provide a valid, government-issued photo ID. Documents should be complete, but not signed in advance.

We accept government-issued photo IDs such as state driver’s licenses, passports, state IDs, and military IDs. IDs must be current (not expired) and sufficient to reasonably identify the signer. If you are unsure about an ID, call ahead to confirm.

Notarization fees are $10 per signature (Oregon state maximum). Travel fees vary based on distance. Please see the Services page or contact me for a quote.
